You're the only carpet cleaning company that gets the job done fully. Everyone else tries, but just doesn't cut it.

The tech that came to my house got some chemical on my wood floor. I had an appointment this past Saturday for Zerorez to come out to look at the damage. I finally at almost 6:00PM & cancelled the appointment. I had another appointment yesterday. Zerorez called me at my home around noon & said it would be between 1:30 & 2:45. I was on my lunch break & decided to stay at the house instead of going back to work incase they came around 1:30 or so. Needless to say, after two calls they showed up after 4:00PM. This cost me my whole afternoon. I needed to be back at work. They looked at the problem & said we would have to re-schedule because the tech couldn't fix the problem. Zerorez is to come out to my house again this Saturday. I hope I'm to be first on the list due to these problems.

I was never giving a time on when to expect you. We maid the appointment on Saturday and received an email on Sunday giving me a 11:00 PM time. The second conformation email didn't have a time on it. When we maid the appointment we told the lady anytime on Monday would be fine. She said we would reviece an email with the time. That's the one above that gave us a 11:00 pm tin.me on it. This was the first I used your services I don't think it went well at all on the scheduling. I will have to think long and hard before using you again. The only reason I would would because of the way Paul my Technicial handled my bad mood. He would be the only reason I would use you again. You guys better be thankful you have good people in the field or I wouldn't even wasted my time to do this survey.

AJ, the tech you sent out on Saturday, April 4, was GREAT! My carpet looks WQNDERFUL. Sometimes you send out people who don't do a great job - stains reappear when the carpet is dry. That is what happened when I had my carpets cleaned in November 2014 - they looked worse AFTER they were cleaned. It made me think twice about having Xerorez clean my carpets in the future. I decided to give Zerorez one more chance and I am glad I did. My carpet has dried after AJ cleaned it - and it looks WONDERFUL!! What a great employee you have. I will always ask for AJ! I don't want anyone else.

I was quoted one price over the phone for one room 25ftx25ft and another room 25ftx 30ft. to remove pet urine smell, when Tech got here I was told it would be over $800.00 more than the quote. I know that it's hard to give a quote over the phone, but I was not told there was another treatment for pet odors. I called ask for a manager and still did not get a answer only that the sales person didnot explain it clearly when I was first given a quote. I ask to speak to the owner and was told he was rarely there, I than spoke to a lady who was going to send a gift card to a Brazilian steak house, it's been two weeks and I have not heard anything from Zerorez, I hear the ads on the radio and they are not anything like I was treated. We was quoted $229.00 and paid $1093.00. I would thing that would get a call back from someone. I called back today 4-06-2015 and promised a call and still have not heard from anyone I guess you got your money and you could care less about a customer.

The service person was wonderful. I purchased numerous additional services, but did not feel pressured to do so. When I would decline a service he remained as courteous as ever. I am very pleased.
