I was a little late getting home to my apartment to meet the rep. Not only was I sick that day, I had worked on a huge project at work and then there was an overturned semi on the highway. When I got out of my vehicle, I rushed over to greet the rep and apologize. He said, "Hello Ms. Vice. No worries. I wasn't going to leave until the job was done." I was SPEECHLESS!!!!!
The young man that serviced my carpet was thorough, courteous and careful to detail. I can count on one hand how many great customer services that I had as such, and still not make it to five. Somewhere down the line, everything changed into "a company just needs to make money!"
My carpet was beautifully cleaned, and for the first time my allergies calmed down from the dust trapped deep in the carpet. It was so bad before, I couldn't even sit in the living room, even after I had vacuumed the carpet. There is still a dust problem stemming from the fabric couch I have, but will be on its way out the door this weekend. I'm going to have Zerorez come back out to clean the carpet in the next month.

I like not having all the soapy products used on the carpet. The service people are very friendly and polite and work hard to make it a good experience for the customer.
The kid who came out to our home this past Saturday, 24th was very irrating to say the least. All he wanted to do was sell me other services. When I told him not interested.....he argued with me regarding how you can get dog urine up....how I needed to get that microfiber done...needed new filters, etc. cost of prox $1500.00. Really ??? He just kept on and on when I told him I wasn't interested. All he wanted to do was talk instead of clean the carpet. Very annoying....first time I have experienced this with Zero Rez. BTW...DO NOT send him back to my house. What was his name so I will remember to remind YOU not to send him back.

I am disappointed with the cleaning, I think our carpet looks dirtier now, but also think it may be the fact that it's not
the best carpet to begin with, so not sure, I also still have a spot in my closet that I need to remove with cleaner that I have,
I am very upset, and feel as though it was not money well spent, however the gentlemen were very nice.
I like the fact that there's no residue on the carpet and normally they also clean it so that new stains don't occur after they left. However the last two times quitting this time I've got stains that weren't there when he came. Last time you all were able to come back and do some surface cleaning on them in the stains one away . It's in a different place than it was last time. I'm hoping you can do the same this time. Just a very light brown patch may be the carpets for loft to rent in their deep in the pad or something that's going on.
The product and tech were great once he got there. However we were told we were the first call that morning and would be there between 8 & 10. I called at 9;30 and ask if I was the first call were was he. The person who answered the phone got him on the phone and he said he was having truck problems but was now on the way. Funny, that was the same excuse we got the last time we used your services and the tech was late.
