Was quoted one price then the price changed once the tech arrived. Tech took almost 8 hours to clean our carpets.
Technician was very nice and on time. Explained what he was going to do.
I like the fact that all of the products are natural. There service was excellent. Mark was the representative from Zerorez who came to the house. He was polite, explained everything perfectly, did a fantastic job on the carpets. I will definitely be calling and booking another appointment with Zerorez when it's time for a cleaning once again. I felt sorry for Mark because he tried to sell a couple of other services, however; we have a four-legged member of the family dealing with cancer at the moment and it's been extremely expensive and a monthly cost that isn't allowing the purchase of anything other than necessities.

Punctual, friendly and professional
I like the fact there are no chemicals or detergents in your cleaning product. I was very impressed with the gentleman who cleaned my carpets and the fact he took the time to answer my questions regarding any concerns I had about certain areas of my carpets. Very nice job!

The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets get and stay clean longer than any other process and they dry quickly.
Clean enviro friendly no chemicals
Our carpet cleaner assumed he knew what stains to expect on our carpet, and cleaned the wrong area for what our problem was. He did get all the stains out (for the most part,) but I had wanted a certain area treated more, and he misunderstood me.
In the end it was ok, but I would have preferred that area get a little more treatment than it did.
There where stains remaining & not cleaned under carpet, I'd like someone back out to do what wasn't cleaned.

This is the second time that we have had the same issue, dark streaks in our light carpet.
Last year you came back twice, the second time did not correct the problem. We requested a supervisor the 3rd time, he came with your tech Joe Martin who had in years past cleaned the carpet. Joe Martin corrected the problem.
We need a supervisor to look at the problem and have it corrected.

Quick and did a great job!
Take better care when spraying pre soak and when cleaning grout. The representative sprayed the press ray and splashed cabinets, refrigerators, and appliances. I noticed this after he left and had to clean the items. Also, when cleaning my grout, he allowed standing water to accumulate on my new wood floors. That is not good for them. It was only after I pointed this out that he took care to not have this happen in other areas.
I was very pleased with the results.
