The highest traffic area on our light colored carpet is between the kitchen and livingroom. After the job was complete I could tell that area was still relatively dirty compared to the rest of the living room. I asked for it to be given another go over - the technician re-did a small area by the kitchen and it did improve but the rest of that high traffic area still remains grey and dirty looking. It was not as obvious until yesterday when the carpet had completely dried but we would love for that small area to be repeated as we know from previous carpet cleaning it can look better than it does. This is our first time to use a green carpet cleaning company and we really wanted to love it as our 2 yr old son is autistic and we have to find new cleaning methods in our home that are non-toxic for him.
Do it right the first time! The second tech was much better. The carpet was much dryer after his cleaning, and dried after 4 hours, not 8. The first time, it took a good 8 hours to dry, and didn't look real clean. I'm happy now.
I am always very very pleased with your service. Carpet looks brand new -- your personnel are always polite, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home.

The cleaning process is very effective and produced noticeable results. We particularly appreciated the pet stain treatment. Zerorez promptly responded to our request for carpet cleaning service.
They did a superb job, the carpets look great. Second time we have used them, and will use them again when needed.
Quick and very thorough. Our service provider did such a great job and was very friendly as well as professional.
I like the hot-steam-only method. I liked the gadget that raised the nap on the carpet before cleaning it. It really pulled out the dirt before the technician even started the cleaning process.
Two comments though - It took forever for the carpet to dry - 12 hours!
It is now very hard to push my vacuum cleaner across the cleaned
carpet.

Best my carpet has ever looked after cleaning. Technician was friendly and helpful but not trying yourself me on every little item. He listened to what I Saudi wanted/needed and then that's what we discussed.

The approach to my carpets was not what I expected. The concern seemed to be for the upsale rather than the cleaning I had arranged. Certain areas appeared to be ignored and the quality of the job was not very high. I hate to be critical but that was the situation.
Technician was not aware of return customer offer. We had to haggle with his manager to get lower price.
Fred was very helpful in recommending a solution to our pet stain problem. He also provided friendly professional service.
You were supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival. That did not happen.

Worst rep. of your company. He was over two hours late...said he had to charge more and that we had wool carpets...which you have cleaned before! Refused to accept our mailer saying $99.00 for three rooms...4th cleaned free...50.00 gift certificate. Only cleaned a third of two rooms...not the complete. Phone number removed
Isiah was very good. The carpet looked great, almost like new clean. He did an excellent joy. Also, he explained why dirt was held in the carpet and what I should do to protect the carpet. Very knowledgable.
Forgive me for not remembering his name but man who came to my house was very informative he took the time to explain everything to me and I really appreciated that. I am a new home owner and the information was very helpful
