First your service technician was great. HOWEVER your telephone rep told me that I could get a $60 upgrade for NO MORE STAINS guarantee . I upgraded this by another 100 for whole house. Well UNFORTUNATELY when I was given receipt the $60+100 was only for spot stains no guarantee of returning. I think I was misled by your phone order person

I like the fact that when we had a small problem with the initial service that you responded right away, sent a technician out to make it right and did not charge us for the follow up visit! That is customer service at its best!

The gentleman that did the carpet did a good job, but stripping the floor was dirtier that be fore he started on it. It was the worst job ever done on our floors.
we had to scubb them with a broom and then mop them and it looked 100% better than
the job your guy did. your guy left the floor dirtier than when he started and full of dirtier streaks, We will not call you back or recommend your company to anyone.

Carpet wasn't clean, still had small dirt spots on the carpet I expected to be clean. I understand major stains would not be clean and we dont have any of those, but what's the point if the carpet looks the same. Will most likely go with a conventional cleaner next time.
I guess after the advertisement I heard on the radio I would see something spectacular and my carpet is only 5 years old and we do not have pets or children so the carpet was not really bad at all but we can't tell anyone ever showed up. It is the same condition it was when he got here.
Communication about arrival time. Friendly and courteous personnel. Excellent work ethic. Chair and sectional cleaning drying time short.

Your technician was on time but did not have the hose on the truck and had to wait two hours for someone to bring the hose for him to start.
You did not show up for the appointment after confirming with us that you would. Then, no one could find us in your computer or see where we ever had an appointment, even though we had an email. Also, a manager promised to send a coupon out on the second appointment. Don't know where that's at. As for the work, the workers were very nice and courteous and did a good job.
Technicians seem to be overworked. My window was 1:30-4:00. The technician didn't arrive until about 4:30, and then there was only him. In past years we have had 2-3 technicians every time. As a result, he didn't finish until about 7:15 pm. Since the carpet is still wet,(it's now almost 6 pm Saturday), we still haven't moved our bedroom furniture back. The sofa and loveseat do not seem as clean as in past years. Perhaps he was rushing too much. Not happy.
