Carpet and tile cleaning was good. What I was charged for the rugs to be cleaned and they are still not clean is very dissapointing!! Being charged $300 for the pet treatment and still smells like pee!! If y'all really want to satisify me you could come clean the rest of my tile. I was impressed with how well that worked. As of now I would say I am definetily not satisfied with what I received for the amount of money I was charged. Almost $800 and still smells like pee.

Friendly and professional. Fair price. Good results, although our carpet in our den was buckling in several place when it was still damp. Thankfully it flattened out by morning when it was completely dry.

Carpets feel and look clean and I have old carpet. The serviceman was so attentive to my needs and comments. He was such a gentleman and really did such a good job. Will definitely use your service again.

I like that the cleaning process does not have any harsh chemicals and will not leave a residue and build up on our floors. Our technician was really professional and answered all of our questions in detail. We would recommend this company and most of all our technician to all of our family and friends. Thank you!
I showed the technician a few lightly soiled small areas to be pre-treated. Afterwards he said he did not need to pre-treat as they came out during the normal process. Since the carpet was wet it appeared they were gone. But the stains came back. The areas were in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. I remove my shoes when arrive home and wear house slippers in the house. My husband is only here less than 2 weeks a month. He does the same thing wearing house slippers inside the house. I have had no overnight visitors staying the guest bedroom.
Also the technician did not wear any shoe covers when cleaning my carpets.
I hear so much about you on the radio and thought I'd give you a try. Overall the rugs looked nice however there were many many stains that you couldn't remove and I was disappointed. The guys were at our house for less than an hour, they were in and out. They were, however, friendly guys. So for the most part me spending $244 was more than I wanted for this kind of work and I don't think I will recommend you at least for cleaning stains out of carpets anyway.
