Outstanding job!
My tile actually looks worse after cleaning. At least the dirty grout was evenly dirty. Now 30% looks dirty and it sticks out like a sore thumb. I took water and a soft toothbrush to some of it and it cleaned right up. Your process is not good. I didn’t want to have to get on my hands and knees and clean it by hand at 52 years old and now I have to. Just terrible.

This is the second time I have used this company to remove stains and it was unable to remove the carpet stains but still charged a significant amount.
We had 5 very dirty rooms cleaned. We were amazed at how clean and fresh our carpet was afterwards. Stains and discolorations were gone, that I thought would never come out! The technician was super friendly and prompt, too. I would reccomend Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
Great professional service
I was completely dissatisfied with the cleaning service of my carpets and rug. From the start the attendant was very casual in his approach, rushed, and tired. He did not wear shoe covers as expected, he rushed the service, he was by himself so we had to roll up and carry the rug to the garage for cleaning. He adjusted the AC system without asking or advising us that he has done so. We noticed a couple of weeks later that the stains had resurfaced, so we called for re-service. I specifically asked them NOT to send the same attendant.
The re-service was rescheduled. We did not receive a call alerting us to their arrival. This time they did send two attendants, one of which was the very one I had specifically asked them NOT to send. It was the most uncomfortable situation. Once again no shoe covers, and it get it really help that there were two attendance because only one of the attendance carried out the rug which bent the rug, which is what we wanted to avoid hence wanting the two attendance. Once again, the service seemed rushed and I just couldn’t wait for it to be over.
Perhaps instead of focusing on advertising on television segments ZeroRez should focus on training, staffing, and living up to that advertising.

The service man was so kind and seemed to really care and be knowledgeable.
My husband and I were so surprised when our technician (Bert) completed cleaning the carpet and 4 dining room chairs! Everything looked brand new, and it is all 10+ years old. We have used Zerorez multiple times over the last few years and have always been very satisfied with their service (including air duct cleaning). But the service was never completed as competently as Bert did it. He has his own standards, and they had to be met along with our requirements. I will request him the next time I need Zerorez. Thank you, Bert!
Great, friendly technicians and clean carpet
Totally different experience than the first time you all came out. Did not help move any furniture small or big to clean underneath. Didn’t use any foam pads under any furniture to avoid staining the carpets. Therefore I had to use my own I had from last time you came out and did it all myself. Also took about half the time as it took last time so did less carpet and most likely not as thorough as before. Also it didn’t smell clean like it did last when they were done. As far as what you can do send a better tech and either refund or come back in a few months with a better tech. Thanks

Most of the stains are still there. Whatever chemicals, soap or shampoo didn't do the job. I highly recommend your company use something that will "clean"the customers rugs.

The technicians, Richard & Edwin were polite, professional, on time, & did a great job keeping us informed about what was happening as they cleaned the vents & ductwork in our large house. I will definitely have Zerorez come out to clean whatever is needed again.
