The smell is so bad we can hardly stay in the house. I’m not sure what happened. It has never smelled like this
The carpet looks clean without any smell. Hopefully whatever they used is absolutely safe for people.
Ruined my couch cushions. Had a few minor stains. Two cushions are covered in one side with what looks like dirty water stains. Missed places in my carpet.

I had 3 rooms cleaned and added a small walk in closet at time of service. The carpet overall was not very dirty but each room had a spot that was visible and needed cleaning. We paid an additional fee for a stain removal. None of the spots appear any lighter or less visible
Zerorez is very dependable. I have used them many times and they have always arrived on time. Unlike other carpet cleaning services I have used in past that sometimes didn’t show up.

Some stripes I the carpet that I thought would go away when it was dry, but did not. The stairs also had six yards not cleaned properly leaving the same residue stripe. I cleaned them myself.

Your technician was very courteous, on time and knowledgeable. He focused on his work and did a very good job with the overall cleaning and removed nearly all of the stains that have been concerning us. We will definitely use ZeroRez again.
Upholstery cleaning was disappointing

Was told $405. But the order didn’t fill out right.
So he said $750. I call this bait and switch.
Very disappointed. The Julian did a good job except didn’t have the correct descriptions.
No one showed up for my scheduled estimate appointment. I then called the office to request a new appointment and was promised a phone call from the manager before end of day - still haven’t heard from any one. Unreliable.
