The technician, Mr Fetui, was very careful, courteous, and respectful of our property. He was also friendly, professional and courteous. I will be contacting your company again for all my cleaning services. I did have some old stains and he was able to clean them to my satisfaction.
The first time the carpets were cleaned the crew did a great job and everything looked great, this crew seemed to not take a much time and the carpets do not look as clean and fresh as they were before.
The work and quality is really excellent!
We were upsold a $600 treatment as a miracle cleaning for our carpet. We did it, and it barely fixed things. I was able to do more with a bissell hand cleaner. We could have replaced the entire carpet for only $400 more, which is what we will do next time. The only thing that would feel right is a partial refund.
Repeat customer. Arrived on time. Sought to understand what needed to be done prior to starting. Concentrated on the work at hand and finished well in advance. Additionally, spots that were seen before starting are no longer visible afterwards. Definitely, an outstanding job.

The technician was very professional and thorough.
We paid an extra $90 for some extra cleaning that did not work at all. We actually had more discoloration on our carpet after the cleaning then when he arrived. Within an hour of him leaving all of the spots were back on our carpet and usually we can go a couple of weeks before we start seeing stains come back through the padding to the carpet. I just called customer service to request a refund of the $90 because that additional charge was not needed and had no value. The lady on the phone was so unprofessional was not helpful. Could not tell me when I could get a callback to notify me of Anything. Just said that she has to talk to management and whenever I get a callback whenever that is, there’s no timeframe there’s nothing and just had an attitude of whatever. So I’m already unhappy with my carpet and then I call customer service and there’s no customer service and her voice or her attitude or in my experience.
Price was doubled than the estimate. Technician turned down my AC with out asking and the unit froze as he turned down 10 degrees. Had to call AC repairman. Called office to report this and get a small credit on my bill and never got a call back. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend unless an attempt is made to correct this
The carpet has had to be re-cleaned and I will never use the service again!

Very professional and your tech did a fantastic job. He was pleasant to talk to, walked me through the options and explained what he was doing.
zerorez returned a second time to remove new stains that wicked up thru the carpet after the first visit but several returned. I will call for a third visit and see if they can solve the problem, it's just a hassle to arrange my schedule for this again and again.

Zerorez has been cleaning my carpets for years now and they are always efficient and I love the process they use to clean, as it leaves no residue, just like they advertise. I like that you can always get an appointment pretty quickly, as well.
No one showed up for my scheduled estimate appointment. I then called the office to request a new appointment and was promised a phone call from the manager before end of day - still haven’t heard from any one. Unreliable.
