In and out the service was quick, the tech knew exactly how to treat the high traffic areas in the carpet.

Dexter Carter did a great job cleaning our carpets. He arrived right on time, explained everything he was going to do and made even our problem areas look good. In fact, a worker who happened to be in our house three days later randomly commented on how nice our carpets looked. I was happy to tell him Zerorez had cleaned them.

most of the time, and it just smells like dog. I don't seem to smell it anymore.

Duct cleaning was amazing, service team kept us updated with pictures and videos and we felt the value of the service and results were exceptional. Our service team was amazing!
Zerorez team did a decent job, but it didn't feel like there was an "extra" effort. As an example, I had to remind them that I asked them to pull the couch out from the wall and clean behind it. And I had to request that they put the foam protectors under all the feet of my wood end tables, coffee tables, etc. I shouldn't have to ask for those kinds of things.
Also, I'm waiting to see if it's any better after 24 hours, but this morning after walking around on the carpets for about 10 minutes, my feet felt *sticky*. For a "zero rez" carpet cleaning, that's a pretty heavy residue left on the carpets.
You did not get all spots cleared from bedroom rug
