Miscommunication on arrival time but overall happy

My cleaning was done about a week ago. I called the next day After giving enough time for dryng. I had my 3 bedrooms done upstairs, my stairs,hall and 2 space carpets. One of the space carpets was still dirty after the service and after allowing it to dry. I took pictures and asked for a refund only on that carpet. A refund still has not been issued. I was told this will not be allowed until I get a reservice. It is very inconvenient for me to get the large carpet cleaned again because I have to allow it almost 24 hours to dry. It is in the living room. Last week I made arrangements to get everything done and I had my kids leave the house and spend the night somewhere else for a day, the dog was out all day. I feel like a refund for that particular rug is appropriate after showing the pictures. I still have not heard from a manager even though I have called twice. I don't think I will be getting space carpets cleaned again. It is not worth it, it is better to buy a new one.

My carpet felt crunchy after it dried. Even before it was cleaned was fluffy and soft. I'm a little disappointed by that. I expected better end result.

Got out all the stains.Techwss very nice.

Had my couch cleaned to get urine smell out but the smell is still there. Also, prices were very high and didn’t get my carpet cleaned bc of the price when other carpet cleaners will do the job for 1/4 of the price. Technician called ten minutes before the end of arrival window and asked if he should still come, said he would be here in 30-45 minutes but took an hour and then spent two hours on one couch and the smell is still there.
