Was given a window of 3-5pm. Arrived at 6:45pm. No fans for drying carpet as seen on website. Didn't get up all stains. Didn't receive Hawaiin Falls tickets as heard on radio ad.
This is only my second time using zero Rez and after the first visit months ago, I was very pleased with the first visit. My daughter-in-law thought I had purchased new carpet when in fact all we did was have carpet cleaned by Zero Rez. This time, after the carpet dried, we could still detect spots and stains whereas that was not our experience the first time. Also, the first time our kitchen tiled floor looked brand new once it was cleaned and the groute looked like it had just been dried and was newly layed tile. This time, that was not the case unfortunately. I would like to inquire on the time of experience in doing this type job between the first employee and the second as it may just be the experience in doing that job to the top notch ability that the first guy did. For the first time it seems like this has really worked, our carpets are cleaner than ever and look brand new. Our Technician's name was Jimmy, and He was personable, friendly and very experienced at His job. He took great care of each and every room of our house. When it came to problem area's He knew exactly what to do. With a great technician and great products, I feel like we have the cleanest floors in the neighborhood and no more worries. Honesty of the technician. The services are expensive - $1,400 for my entire house. The technician was thorough although a couple of spots were missed in my family room.

This is my third time to have ZeroRez clean our carpets and in the past the cleaner worked extra hard on any spots and one gentleman even worked for a long time to get out red paint that had spilled on the carpet (and successfully got just about all of it up). This time, the gentleman that came out cleaned three rooms in about 15 minutes or so and when I pointed out many stains that were still left on the carpet, he said it was just because it was a high traffic area and he didn't go back and try to clean them again (like the guys did in the past). So for this round, you really can't tell my carpets were cleaned and I still have many spots and stains still left on the carpet. Unfortunately I think this will be my last time to use ZeroRez.

I like the products used to clean are totally "green". I enjoy the caliber of service techs you have on staff. I was blessed to h Ave Joseph & Seth on 6/23 in my home. Their courtesy & professional were outstanding. It was a most enjoyable experience. I would very much recommend them to friends & family. I'm still a raving fan!
