You did well to rectify the issue of disappointment over the inability to satisfactorily clean coffee stained carpet for example.I First name removed't know if any process could do a better. I was impressed with your attempt to do a better job by sending a quality control manager to redo the offending areas. You get an A for effort, but there was little or no improvement.

I've only used Zerorez 2 times, once last year to clean my carpet & tile and this year to clean the same carpet & a chair + ottoman. Your service is very good, they are prompt, a call is made shortly after scheduling to confirm a window of time. Then another call 30 minutes prior to the representative arriving allowing me to make sure I was prepared for them. Both times, the carpet was cleaned perfectly and I was advised when it would dry. I really like the rep this year even better. He was professional, courteous, smart and considerate as well as doing excellent work in cleaning both my carpet & my chair/ottoman. He was careful to clean the chair/ottoman in the garage so it would not bleed on the newly cleaned carpet. Thank you. I have already told one friend and will tell many others of your excellent service.

Tech was 2 hours late, probably beyond his control since he was working alone. He was very nice however. The carpets still have some stain marks on them and we feel like they should have looked cleaner. Not only do I feel like the cost was high for the work done, it cost money to have someone here an extra 2 hours or so.

I believe the carpet is cleaner than it has been since we moved in. Other carpet cleaners told me that my hallway would never look good because the carpet was packed down, but it looks like new!
