What could we do to improve?

1. It would be great if I wouldn't have to request a return visit to remove stains not completely removed
2. Twice now I have had burnt grass next to curb after visit. And prior to the second appointment/ treatment I informed the tech about how it had happened before

You did'nt keep your promised time.
Original appointment time was 1:30 PM but you arrived at 5:00 PM. I have to cancel my appointments because of the delay.

What could we do to improve?

We have a large brown spot in the center of our carpet that was not there before the carpet cleaning. Shane cleaned originally and there was no spot, He came back and the spot was 6 times bigger. Everything else is clean and perfect.
We need this spot gone....I can send a picture on my phone if this could help identify it.
Please help remove this spot

After the carpet dried it didn't look any cleaner and had a musty smell. My landlord had to reclean it which cost me even more money.

Its pet friendly and our carpets look even better now than when we bought the house 5 years ago. The tile and grout look so clean and are shining.
We will use ZeroRez again. Josh was so pleasant and explained everything so well. We walked thru the house first and he gave me the figure as to what I would pay for everything.
He was thorough and made sure the wood floors were not affected and the protection of the door facings was very much appreciated.

A similar email was mailed to your customer service email on 6/29/16 with a photo attached.

To Whom It May Concern,

I carefully vacuumed all the carpet areas prior to my appointment. It was not overly soiled. There were quite a few specific pet areas that needed treating, a few obvious and the rest, identified by the technician with a blue light.

I did not give an opinion on the appearance of the carpet when it was done, as I wanted to wait until it was dry.

There are areas that look very clean and very specific areas that show unclean areas defined by sweeping lines in the carpet. Some areas near the walls are darker. The carpet in these areas, look worse than before they were cleaned, also confirmed by my roommate and my visiting sister, who saw the carpet before it was cleaned.

I will be traveling for the holiday and return after July 4th. An appointment can be arranged with me in the meantime for a representative of yours to come to inspect the carpet when I return, and arrange for an appointment to re clean it.

Also, when I set up my original appointment on 6/24/2016, the representative I spoke with said I was eligible for a special promotion, free tile cleaning in an area. This was not known by anyone in your office when my carpet cleaner Michael, called the office for confirmation during his visit.

In any case, the carpet cleaning is unacceptable and I need to have my carpet cleaned properly.

Your technician Michael was very polite and personable and if I could have rendered an opinion at the time of his visit, I am certain he would have worked on the carpet to make it cleaner. As stated, I could not properly assess the carpet before it was dry.
