I was somewhat disappointed in how clean my carpets were after the cleaning. It is still very evident where the traffic area was.

This was the second time to use Zerorez. We were very pleased the first time. Not so much this time. We have never had pets and the carpet has been vacuumed weekly.
Justin was very courteous and respectful. I give him a 10 for these. But, he failed to attempt to remove spots in den and dining area more than just doing the pretreat. We made sure the carpet was completely clear of any furniture or other items. Also, the carpet had been thoroughly vacuumed twice before he arrived.
Additionally, the carpet didn't have an appealing clean smell. It smelled like the water he used was dirty from a previous job.

No chemicals

The gentleman that came out was very friendly. He answered questions and told me what he was going as he did it. Both of my toddlers were home at the time and instead of seeking peeved or irritated at them he interacted with them. It was refreshing to have someone so genuine in my

Your technician was professional, courteous, and friendly. Most importantly, he did a great job at cleaning our upholstery!

Pet stains are actually removed with no remaining odor. Carpet does not feel crunchy like other companies who use chemicals. Technician was very nice, arrived on time, and appreciated his transparency regarding what could and could not be accomplished. We'll ask for him next time.

The technician, Shane Devan, was exceptional. Explained the process and was very professional. Writing this review 2 weeks after service and carpet looks great !!! There is no sticky residue - THANKS

I like that there is no overkill on fragrance and that all products are natural and pet safe. The service has always been fantastic, as well.

Carpets didn't come out as clean as before

We did not receive the 100 sq ft of tile cleaning. Did not realize the significant price increase for spot cleaning.

I appreciate the effort for the QC manager coming back out to try and fix things, but it still didn't work. Had to make a 2nd trip, the $75 per gallon spot solution is overpriced, it doesn't work very well. Had I known it wouldn't work, I would not have paid the extra $75.

Technician dumped the dirty water from the truck mounted unit onto the street in front of my house. I thought this was a "green" company. The EPA would be furious if they found out about this.

No heavy chemicals. Our dog loves to lick the carpet after your people come. Asked Tyler the tech what was in the cleaning formula. He said water and a salty complex. Guess the dog likes the salt. At least we don't worry about him licking it now:) Tyler was great. Good job, polite manners.

You always add on to the service as advertised on radio and in emails. I'm very disappointed in these charges and will not be using your company again for carpet cleaning.
