From the customer service representatives who book our appointment and help us attain the best possible price to the technicians who are meticulous in their cleaning and honest in their assessment of our individual needs, we are continually pleased with the quality of the people who represent your company. The process ensures a spotless result, while providing peace of mind that we are not exposing our children or pets to toxic chemicals. Although the price can be a little higher than competitors, the customer service representatives work diligently to find deals on adjacent tile flooring or vouchers for local restaurants to make the pricing more competitive.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I was more than satisfied. You did everything you promised! You called ahead and gave me a 2-hour window. You called on the day of to tell me when the tech would be there. The tech, Greg Courtney, was on time (actually a little early). He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. My carpets looked like new when he left, and they are twenty years old. Oh, and I don't want to forget about the 100 feet of tile that was cleaned for free, IT LOOKED AWESOME when he was finished. We will definitely use Zerorez again!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lower your prices! It cost me $212 to have two rooms that contained cat vomit cleaned. That is outrageous!
Produce cleans carpet and does not leave any soaps or residues that, from my experience, are the culprits that absolutely ruin a good carpet.

Fast friendly service from both Ron Self, who came out to quote us a price and the gentleman that cleaned the carpets. Everyone was on time, super friendly and the technician did a great job! We will definitely have ZeroRez clean for us again. Very, very happy with the service!
Your products are environmentally friendly and I've never been disappointed with the quality of your services.
We had an estimate of $201 for carpet and grout to be cleaned. We ended up having grout sealed which brought total to over $400, with assurance the grout would stay new looking since it was sealed. Two weeks later our grout, in several places is discolored :( our tech Kyle was nice just a hard thing to to spend on a school teachers salary for the grout to not stay nice looking. Zerorez will not have repeat business from me.

Had 2 properties on the same day. One went as scheduled and I was pleased with the technician and the job he did. The other was a second scheduling error and I responded on another feedback for that property.
Scheduling made a mistake twice and didn't send the proper technician for a repair plus carpet cleaning. Poor coordination for scheduling resulted in my canceling the order for the repair and because I had a move-in for the property, I went ahead and had the technician do the cleaning and I'm calling another company in to do the repair.
No residue left on the carpet after it's cleaned. The technicians are professional and complete all work in a timely fashion. Zerorez offers a wide variety of services in addition to carpet cleaning such as sealing grout, cleaning tile and granite, applying carpet protectant similar to Scotch Guard. Environmentally friendly cleaning.
Great service and very friendly.
It made my carpet look wonderful and smell great. It dried really fast. Luis who cleaned my carpets was very thorough and very polite. I will use Zerorez again and will tell all my friends about the great job you all did.
