What do you like about our products and services?

I have used zerorez several times and I am always pleased. This time I had an area rug cleaned in place and this was an affordable option I had not known about before. (Its a nice wool rug but not heirloom quality) We are in a rental house with carpet that had been neglected but it is way nicer now and it didn't cost too much to clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

Durnell was great, very knowledgable & quick. It is a little weird to not have the fragrance smell after the carpet gets cleaned but I m hoping that just means it will stay cleaner.

I have used you for several years and will continue to do so. Your product great and every tech you have sent out have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, especially Ricardo. He kept me informed on thy cleaning of the carpet and made sure I was satisfied with the results.
