We are a household of healthcare professionals and wanted written proof to back up your claims (and to get a sense of whether or not these things can be harmful to our family). We really appreciate it and will use this service again.

The quoting done over the phone was much different than what the tech confirmed once at the home. I would improve on accuracy via the website and customer service of quoting and explanation of services. The main issue is what you get for the cost.
1. Flash service is needed WITH cleaning. That isn't clear.
2. 100 sq feet of FREE tile cleaning. But can only include ONE area.
3. 4x8 rug will cost XXX to clean.
All of these were walked through over the phone, but the actual cost once the tech got here was much different than when quoted over the phone.

it feels like all of the dirt all over the carpet he did. it feels like to me that it was filtered water. I will call a different company to clean my carpets from now on.

I like that there is no heavy residue when you clean and that you ask me to inspect the rooms as you are cleaning to make sure you are doing the job adequately.

After paying for 2 gallons of pet treatment, the odor is still in the carpet and it was evident as soon as the technician left the house
