Very friendly and no chemicals were used to clean my carpets.
Carpet seems to be dirty. I have used Z several times on my carpet, but ithis carpet looks worse than before I got it cleaned

we spent around 1500.00 on our carpets. later that night i saw a big spot and used my cleaner to work on it. The water in my return was nasty. I realize we had to sign a disclaimer, and that we did not do the whole 8000.00 full package deal, but I was angry at the amount of dirt pulled up even after he did all three steps on this area by the back door. Spending that much money and not getting any type of guarantee is stupid. That is how I feel...STUPID!

My family and I have used Zerorez in the past and have had great results. This time I was very disappointed with the residue that was left on my tile floors once they dried completely. I was also VERY disappointed with the smell of the area of carpet that was cleaned once it dried. The room smelled like a dirty tennis shoe.. An odor that was not present at any time prior to the "cleaning".
I have had to re-clean my tile.. in order to get the grime and residue off of it.
I refund of some kind for the $400+ spent to complete this service would be appropriate. I will not accept coupons toward future Zerorez services, or a redo of the floors, as I am no longer interested in using Zerorez or recommending them to friends or family.
On a positive note, the technician was pleasant and polite. The issues that I have with my floors appeared after the flooring dried, and were not apparent when the technician was in my home.

Actually get the stain out of my carpet. I have heard so much about how different your technology is and would have liked to hear from the technician how. I do like the softness of the feel of the carpet once it finally dried.

Had difficulty getting someone on phone or call was disconnected. Promised $50 dinner coupon/voucher, but wasn't told how I was to receive it.
The tech, Edward, was on time, was polite and professional, and the floors look great! Edward took the time to explain what he would be doing and was completely forthright with how effective the cleaning might be on certain areas of the floor that were scratched or stained, and he provided recommendations for future floor care. He also showed me an area he had cleaned for comparison purposes with the rest of the floor, and there was a huge difference in the "cleaned spot" versus the rest of the floor. I could really see the extent of the dirt/grime that existed before he cleaned and the difference once he cleaned. He did a great job, although we do have a couple of spots that were not there originally, so not sure if that can be redone. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend Zerorez and Edward highly.

Mark did an excellent job! The change in my bathroom grout was miraculous after 20 years. He was very knowledgable,and pleasant. All the carpets were beautiful. I would recommends Zerorez to everyone, and I would certainly want Mark to work with me again. All tens for Mark and Zerorez!!!

Dirt Stains on carpet were not able to be cleaned. It was black dirt/filth due to furniture not moved for 7 years.
My cleaning lady came and was able to clean them by 75% using carpet cleaner. They still show but are not obvious.
The carpet man was very polite and meticulous. I think that the system is not suited to stain removal.
