They did a really good job,all the stains are gone and i have tried all the major carpet cleaning companies. Due to the cleaning soaps used by the other companies, the stains would reappear after a while. I did not have them put a carpet protector on, I am just waiting to see if any of the areas they cleaned reappear. I didn't want to seal in any stains. If the stains don't reappear then I will have them back to re-clean the carpet before the holidays and put a carpet protector on at that time.

Your technician was honest and professional.
1. When I called on Sat the rep suggested Monday from 3-5pm. I agreed and said I will call you back if I need to cancel. This is contingent on me being able to have my mother in law there at my house, I ended up having to cancel because it was short notice and I wasn't able to confirm with her, I feel the rep that booked the appointment should have made a note of this at the time of booking. Perhaps recommended a different day further out.
2. I called to cancel on Sunday left a message. You guys didn't check your voicemails and didn't communicate it to your technician who showed up at my house unexpectedly.
3. I didn't have time to vaccume and remove toys etc from the areas. I feel I would not get the best results due to this.
4. The tech entered my home with a minor present and completed the service without my being there. I am very uncomfortable with a stranger being in my home without my knowledge.
5. This created a lot of stress for me and even an argument with my son about the tech bring there while I was not.
6. The rep I spoke with when I called on my way home wasn't really apologetic and made an excuse of being closed on Sunday for not checking voicemail. You guys need to get on the ball and check those messages. This is not a way to run s business.
7. The service was completed without my authorization and without my knowledge of a stranger in my home.
8. The second rep I spoke with listens then said she would call back. A third rep called me back to basically call me a liar saying that they never received my cancellation call. Not my fault if you have faulty equipment or technology issues. I know I called and have proof in my cell phone.
9. The whole experience from start to finish was very poor.
10. Even the rep that was here could have handled it better. He needed to listen and apologize. Next time, follow the rules and better to walk away instead of compete service while the homeowner isn't there.
It was a big mix up and the only positive thing I have to say is that my carpet was 1/2 way cleaned. I think I would have had better results if I had a chance to vaccum first.
This is my first time to use zerorez. I've used Capture on my carpets before and it lightened up my heavily walked areas better than zerorez. I like the fact that you don't use chemicals. So I will see how overtime this cleaning lasts before I make a final decision about zerorez.

We were his last appointment, yet he went about his tasks with energy and had such a positive approach. He is very passionate about your product and services. He is an amazing asset to your company.
