No chemicals!!
AS some of the work was done upstairs, I just found out yesterday evening that the nook in the entry way (high-would need a ladder) had trash from the vent cleaning. Also, we have two marks that the paint was chipped from the wall. This occurred when the technician was cleaning the top 4 stairs. Only discovered when gone.
Very happy with the cleaning process, but not happy about cleanup or wall damage.

Robert was so informative and helpful.
I received calls with inaccurate information concerning our cleaning. There were communication breakdowns within the company. I was told we would have two crews arrive on the first day of cleaning and only one man came. This was to clean a campus with several thousand square feet of carpet.
Jay was not so friendly at first but then lightened up.
He was unable to remove the stain

I was not happy at all! I spoke to a manager and am still waiting on a credit that I was promised and haven't received. Carpets are still dirty. Tech was unprofessional!

Cleaning wasn't that impressive compared to past experience with Stanley Steamer. Stains still remained and unsure of stain protection application

If technicians can't show up on time, please have dispatch call the client to inform them of a delay or if the technician won't be able to come to the location at all. (Happened twice) Otherwise, great product.
