That the person who is cleaning can tell the difference between pain and gum. Also that all removable spots or area that need more attention to be cleaned without customer having to point it out that it was missed or noticing it after your person has left the house. Also bring their own water to drink and not ask home owner. There needs to be someway not to have home owners doors left wide open letting insects insect.

Have zerorez to clean my carpet is like sending my home 'for a teeth" cleaning....There are no smells after the service tech leaves...just fresh air...

low key, non stress and my carpets look lush clean and new. It was dry on a couple of hours, the Zerorez associate was polite and truly concerned for me and my carpets. It was my second experience and both exceeded expectations. The grandaughter asked if she could sleep on the carpet.

I loved the way you came back out to my house to fix some issues and the tech took time to answer my questions.

The stains appeared to be gone but then slowly showed up in a couple of days. The tech was rude because he had been waiting i explained my 6 month old baby didnt sleep well and he didnt seem to care. He also didnt bother moving the little stuff out of the way I did most of the moving around for him and none of the stuff was over 50 pounds!!! 136.00 was spent and my room rug wasnt that clean.

Did not verified changes of room cleaning when instructed differently at the job site. Did not explained why there r more charges,did not have a clear communication a when customer was not able to speak English well meaning customer was not told there will b more charges.I did not get a gif
t card and offer to clean tiled floor at no charges like it advertised on the radio.

My carpet ended up with brown spots on it that it didn't start with. I would like for someone from Zerorez to look at it and try to correct it. Thanks!

The carpet looked the same when Brett left as when he started. My husband was told by the person who wrote up the order that one gallon of the pet stain remover would cover 6 rooms. Brett explained that we were misinformed and that it is $75.00 per gallon and that it would be an additional $400.00 to do all of the floors. The carpets were extremely wet when he left. Brett was exceptionally nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Technician was very professional and did an amazing job!! The carpets and tile look brand new and even got out stains that were more than 6 months old.
