Eco-friendly, and great service.
I had a team with one tech in training and the other the "trainer". The trainer sat and listened to music on his phone while the trainee did the work. they completely stowed the equipment before asking me to walk the job, and I found that the few piecies of small furnature I had left in place were not moved, and the carpets were not completely cleaned. I didn't have time to wait for them to set up again, so I just am going to live with it.

I've had my carpets cleaned by you guys before and you did a great job. This time it just did not look like anything was done. It really did not smell better. I also had my grout cleaned and it looks no better. Just left my floors super wet with a film on my floors. You should require your guys to but down plastic or something on the floors that have to have the hose on. I had to clean my wood floors because water and dirt was left on them. Technician was nice, but really not satisfied. Please don't send the Rangers tickets. I don't need them. I'm really surprised Starling Stringer recommends you on her radio show.
The carpet looks great but the tile floor in the house is sticky. Can you come and reclean the tile?

My carpets look very clean and it dried quickly. The bad smell is gone in one of the rooms. The technician was efficient, thorough, friendly, and polite. I have a pet so I did not want harsh chemicals used.
Luis was very courteous and understood what I needed and did an excellent job. My carpets look as good as new and thanks to zerorez no pungent odors or fumes post cleaning. I will definitely recommend and also use their services again.
Carpet didn't get as clean from your company.I have used others and looked better after cleaning. The man that was here to do our job was great very nice man.
Robert and Jay were very professional and made sure we were completely happy before they left. They told us saw out tile service and demonstrated, but didn't pressure us to add the service. They also did a really good job on our 11 year old white carpet.

I've used you guys for about 3 yrs. Usually tech is courtious. Not this time. He was just concerned about up selling and did NOT DO a good job. He said my carpet was beyond anything he could do.
My 14yr old carpet looks brand new and there were no harsh chemicals that would cause harm to my dog. The employee who cleaned my carpet was VERY professional, and personable. He explained what he was going to do, how it's done, the benefits, etc. After each area he gained my approval before cleaning the next area. Zerorez came highly recommended by a friend and I understand why. I will definitely spread the word about Zerorez.
