The carpet was too wet to truly inspect when your person left. When I did inspect there were 3 very small end tables ( 5 lbs) that were not moved, a 10" sub woofer that was not moved and a 20lbs coffee table not moved. I think cleaning around these items is just lazy. I have already cleared all items off of the tables.

Also, the room was in the back of our house. We found water on our wood and tile floors throughout the home after your person left for us to clean up after.

We only have one room of carpet in our home, and paying $117 to get it cleaned is fine, but expect much better.

Had a huge pet smell in my home (super offensive when you walk in the house). Now it's gone!! Not sure the whole chemical process involved with getting the stink out but it works!! 1 week later and still no odor! Super satisfied with this service.

Green way to clean

Stays cleaner longer without the soap residue

Your *tech* was great, but your phone operator didn't know your business. With the information I provided her, she managed to work up around a 250.00 bill. Ok...a bit high, but now that I've seen what you do with the "flash" it made some sense.

Your tech gets there and explains why it would really need to be nearly 4 times that amount. You almost lost the sale right there, and in retrospect, I should have probably given up then. But I managed to convince him to only pour the "flash" on the 8 x 8 area where the dogs had urinated, I wasn't so worried about the rest of the carpet. I *probably* should have gone for 3 gallons of flash...but that's another thing. You should get a hose or device so you can spread each gallon a *little* more evenly...just dumping a gallon of detergent onto my carpet and raking it around...doesn't look or seem very professional. I *get* that you're trying to soak the pad underneath, but that's part of *why* it should be distributed more evenly. Doing it in a dump almost guarantees some areas that aren't hit...and a few days later, those areas still smell.

So yeah...you process is unguaranteed too...Ok. What bothers me is that there are places *right* in the center of where the detergent was dumped and raked that also still kinda smell.

The ONLY reason I'd recommend you is because it honestly is worlds better than it was. Maybe if I could afford almost 1000.00 (it's a 16 x 18 room, at that point, why not recarpet?) of flash and labor it would have come out perfect. Since I didn't do it the way your tech said it needed to be done, I'm not laying all the blame on your company. But from what I've seen, for any sort of "clean this horror up" mess, using you is not at all less expensive, and possibly honestly on par with, just replacing the carpet.

As such, I could only recommend you to a friend with the caveat that if your tech says "you need at least 6 gallons of flash," you probably do, and to understand that your service may only work if you go with that estimate...and even then, as I said, some of the area that *was* fully treated has a bit of lingering odor...so I'd be wary.

But if you do *nothing* else, make sure your phone people have an idea what your things actually cost so that your customers aren't blindsided by estimates that go up 4 times.

Likely theft of a valuable piece of jewelry

The service tech was very nice. It was annoying how hard he was trying to up-sell my service; it was almost insulting (and embarrassing) how horrible he made our carpet out to be. It still looked really gray in the high-traffic areas, worth the $300 for the cleaning, but I would have been really upset if I had paid $700 for the 'upgraded' cleaning and had my floor still look a little dingy.
