Great service
Products are OK
I like the ease of making appointments, that the worker arrives on time, calls when on their way, that the service is done quickly but efficiently. The service person did his job well as expected.
I DO NOT like that upon signing for the payment on his device, I was then asked by the machine to leave a tip. That is going too far. I assumed your quoted price was fair and was complete as in years past, including a fair salary to this employee. This was my first time to encounter this distasteful process for this company and I have used them for years. This is deplorable customer service and an unwelcome new thing (to me) for this company. I did recomend this company to a friend and she did use them, I forewarned her about the tipping thing.

Techs are on time, friendly and knowledgeable!
This tech didnât try nearly as hard as other techs in the past to get the stain out. He was here for 10 minutes - went over it about 4 times and said âthatâs the best I can doâ. Packed up and left. Disappointing. Most of your techs work harder than that.

Do not have to wait weeks for an appointment and they are on time. Also like that my carpet is dry in about 6-7 hours.
Carpet cleaning is great. Service call to clear my dryer vent for 10 minutes was too expensive and I will not use again.

Moving into a house & one room had a very dark stain. It was completely gone after cleaning & the other rooms were freshened up.

After having equipment trouble with the first truck, they quickly resolved the issue and was able to send another vehicle to finish the job which was completed in a short period of time and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

All the tile was very wet and when it finally dried there was a residue all over the floor. I had to mop the floor with water afterwards.

My 2 rugs were sent to the facility to be cleaned. I have wood floors and appreciate the rugs being cleaned elsewhere. Triston evaluated the condition of both rugs and he seemed knowledgable about each.
I was pleased with his service and know that the rugs will look much better when they are returned.

The people are great. On the last service, Paul and Charles were great. The only problem I had was I told the office person you would need a lot of hose because it was in a 4 and 1 building. The first truck couldnât do it. The seconf truck had to retrieve more hose. That said, again, all the employees were great.
