Great customer service and results were great too!
They were a little late. I had the last appointment of the day. But they made it right. A courtesy call to say they were running late would have been appreciated
Tech was very knowledgeable
Overpriced I think. Missed some spots in the kitchen that didn't get clean. He Guessed at the footage instead of measuring could of Been less I think And after he cleaned behind the refrigerator the water line came Loose. It was not leaking when I moved it to clean and sweep under there. But after he finished and left I was waiting for the floors to dry and noticed water coming somewhere. I had to pull the fridge back out and the water line came loose. I had to cut the water off and wait till someone got there to tighten it back up again. The floors looked and felt cleaner except missed spots. but still they looked alright. overpriced I still think. Sorry but your guy was friendly and all.

No chemicals
Staff was very helpful and friendly, even came back at no charge to re-clean the living room. Unfortunately the zerorez process just doesn't work as well as traditional carpet cleaning.
You were able to remove a two-year old stain that another company could not remove last year. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise!
The technician was great. He explained everything to us and made sure we were happy with the results of the cleaning.

After the carpet dried, a clearly visible "line" was left, a line between what was cleaned and what wasn't, or at least that's how it appears. It's as if the machine stopped working properly, because I know the technician went over the entire carpet. However, part of it is visibly cleaner than the rest. I even commented that it didn't look as if it had been cleaned! There should not be such a visible line down the middle of the room. I would very much like you to return and clean it again. I really believe the carpet can get cleaner. I know it is old(ish) but I am just not happy with the results. I've used Zerorez many times, and this is a first. So that's what makes me wonder.
Good service; reasonable prices.
Do to faulty equipment, you could not service the furniture cushions on site, therefore you took them back to the shop to be cleaned there. When you returned the cushions, they were not cleaned, so you still have them in hopes you will do a better job for the third time. I'm still waiting for the complete product.
The guys were very friendly and prompt. They worked very quickly but thoroughly. Are carpet looked great afterwards and I'll rest easy knowing that our children and dog aren't playing or laying on leftover chemicals.

Driver said he was in my complex for 45 minutes trying to find my unit. I asked why he hadn't called, his response, "I can usually find it". When I made the appointment I specified third floor, bring extra hoses. They did this, but the tech said it's a 2 man job to bring the hoses upstairs. We waited about an hour for another tech to arrive. The tech turned my coffee table upside down on my couch, I didn't like this, and I had to ask him to put it back before he left. They were both friendly, and the carpet and tile look good.
