My carpets look great!!

I liked the professional technician who was very helpful. The carpets looked really good upon cleaning being completed but today I do see some of the stains rising that looked to be gone when they cleaned. Staying off the carpet so I guess that just happens?

We moved into an office that once was a printer refurbishing company. There was a red ink stain in the entry, I believe when it was cleaned the ink spread. The red spot looks darker and there seems to be a pink trail around the front desk and on into the hallway. We were careful and used the shoe covers provided. I've used Zerorez at my house before and have been very satisfied with the results.

The service tech, Gregg, is the very best, most conscientious, and diligent person ever to come into our house and clean our carpets!! We will continue using Zerorez, and we will be asking you to schedule Gregg to take care of us!!!.

We have had three people total, and while it has not been completely resolved, we are convinced Zerorez has the best technicians, and the most responsive team we've encountered in home repair/service. We had our carpet retreated yesterday and it smelled fine then. Caesar did tell us that the smell might come back within a week - we can faintly smell it already. We will give it a week (unless it gets overwhelming again) and see where to go from there. SO FAR, Zerorez has been wonderful to work with.

Our technician was fabulous. On time. Set right to work & finished in an hour. Got out a HUGE biologic stain that looked impossible. He's a great asset to ZeroRez!

I don't think he tried to get the stains out and I had to tell him to use it under the beds. There was plenty of room.
The technician who came to clean was extremely honest and forthcoming about what was going to be required to get the job done. They were very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied every single step of the way. The floors like amazing, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I highly recommend Zerorez! The customer service was top notch with great follow up and follow through and the guy that came out to the house, his name was Dave, he did a exceptional job and was truly concerned about my satisfaction with his service. Will use again and highly reccomend!
