I especially like the "no residue" aspect of the cleaning as the carpets are soft and not stiff when they dry as with other cleaners. Also, your technicians are professional and pleasant to work with.

Zerorez employees (office staff and field techs) are friendly, professional and take pride to doing a great job for the customer. My wife is happy that the carpets stay cleaner longer.

I told your customer service rep three times while placing the3 order that I wanted the carpets both cleaned and stretched.
When the service tech arrived he was unaware of the request for stretching and could not perform the carpet stretching.
Since I was under a time crunch (selling the house) I had to get another servidce to perform the stretching.
The ZeroRez carpet cleaning tech did an excellent job.

Make sure the technicians have working equipment. I had to call for a second cleaning because on the first appointment the technicians equipment used to pull up the solution from flooding urine spots was cracked to he had to just use the hose and it left several water stains.
Cleaning product used
We've used you before with great satisfaction. You had to come out to clean carpet areas again and did not clean the couch which did not get cleaned the first time yet we were charged for it.
The second tech that returned to complete the job after the truck broke down during the first techs job he failed to complete one of the rooms that was not completed. It was clearly noticeable that the entire game room was not completed.
Honor time committment and carpets look good after cleaning.

It is too early to tell how long it will last, but the process seems to have cleaned our carpet. The technician was courteous which we appreciated.

my initial appointment was set with a time range of 4-6 I was home at 4Pm until 6pm i kept calling Zerorez office to see if they were still going to comply. I gave up fixing to leave a few minutes after 6 pm i get a call saying that my tech was still arriving that he will be there at 6:30 he arrived but I kept being asked if i wanted to reschedule i said no i still wanted my carpets cleaned to which it was i was not happy with the stress of me making the time to wait and yet it took longer than i expected. When i placed the service order in my notes i reqested that the work be done before 6 pm that was confirmed that it will be by sales rep. I was late to my other Friday obligations.
Products and methods are unmatched. Staff is superior. I have had zerorez twice and as the parent of two young adults and three canine babies, I wish I could have Zerorez service once a month😁
Rep was personable, explained exactly what he was doing, offered hints to keep my carpets clean but wasn't pushy. Didn't waste time getting the job done and made sure I was happy with the results.
