Part of the warranty on my carpet so I have to use Zerorez, but I also do it because the quality of service -this time there were issues. Supposed to come Friday 2-4. At 4:45 I called to ask what was happening. They said he was finishing a job and was 25 minutes away but would be coming. I had to cancel and reschedule. I had plans. If you are going to offer tile service the appointment times should be farther apart to allow for it. The young man who came on Saturday was ready to leave when I asked about the free tile service too. I also do not know how to get the 2 Rangers tockets. Heather.
I don't think you were the problem. Our carpet is aging and it just would not clean up to your normal standards. Perhaps it would help if you told folks up front that older carpet retains stains, etc. I'm actually pleased that it came out as clean as it did considering the age and the amount of time that has expired since you last cleaned it.

Ricardo was a true professional. He represented the company very well. I only have one disappointment. I truly cannot believe that the price difference in tile cleaning and sealing and granite counter top cleaning and sealing is $7 per square foot, even though the same machine and technique is used. I understand the psi is higher on the stone and all, but the $7 per square foot difference seems like a weasel-way to over charge the customer, thus leaving the appearance of a poor business practice through disappointing tactics. I paid 527 +tax for counter tops clean and seal, and felt like a fool doing so. I wound up canceling the appointment for my wood floors for fear of being a fool twice.
They really work!!! I couldn't believe my eyes!!! Wow!!! The technicians were extremely amiable! It's almost as if they were family! Great service! The old saying is so true.... you get what you pay for!!!! Although a bit pricey, I'm very happy I went with ZeroRez. I believe that in the long run they actually save you money. Thank you so much for helping my carpet look alive again, and for having hired such amazing young men!!! I will be a repeat customer!!!!

I have had my carpets cleaned twice during the last year and a half and both times were excellent. However, I had my carpets cleaned yesterday, and the tech who cleaned my carpets yesterday was only at my house a total of ten minutes from unloading, cleaning and leaving. My carpets were not cleaned properly.
The first guy that came out was a disappointment, we found it necessary to call back the next morning and ask for someone different come out and redo some areas. We were very happy to to have Gregg come and redo our entire bedroom and several other areas. We found this whole ordeal to be very disappointing and totally not how we had been serviced before. It seems things have changed with this company, we have been with you for about 10 years but may look elsewhere for future carpet cleaning.
