Very efficient running company! Confirmed appt., showed up on time and the service rep was knowledgable, friendly and did a great job.

Your technician pushed very hard to upsell pet removal stain, etc. We know where the problems are in our carpet, we know there are pet stains. When we finally had to VERY FIRMLY refuse and he acted angry ... After he left our house we noticed a very large (FOUR FOOT SQUARE!) area that was now gray. He must have backwashed his machine or something because it was not there when he came. Also, on the stairs (which he did not clean) there were clumps of hair and dirt ... made no sense...

I see that the air wond broke loose dirt and some of it came out BUT i do not see why a large amount is left in the ducts to come out at a later time. After the techs left, we turned back on the A/C and a large amout of caked on debris came out of the vents onto us, the furniture and floor. I was not a fan of how my eyes felt for the next several hours with what dropped into them.

Well I heard a lot about your company on the radio and television so I thought I would give you a try. The employee that did the work was very nice
However when I pointed out several areas, high traffic areas that I felt had not been cleaned sufficiently he advised that he would get some type of product And work on the areas. He sprayed only one Spot in our computer room and advised that was all that he could do. I brought the areas that I felt needed further attention prior to him putting his equipment up. I was under the impression from your adds that your cleaning system would work on high traffic areas???

In my opinion had he spent the time and worked on the high traffic areas my wife and I would have been much happier. The service you provide should should live up to what you are currently advertising.

Your service technician was very prompt, professional and curtious. I have been using Zerorez for several years. Jay Gonzales was my service technician. He did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets. He asked me to check his work to see if I had any questions and if the work was completed to my satisfaction. Of course, it was.
