I loved the way my 20 year old carpet looked after your technician, Aaron, cleaned it!!! I may not have to replace it as soon as I thought, ha! Also, Aaron was so polite, courteous, positive, & professional! I will certainly ask for him again! You have a great employee in him!

When you call, the quote does not reflect the reality ... need more probing questions, different case scenario so customer knows what to expect ... I have been quoted $130 and end up at $500.

Your employee was nice and professional. Carpets look 80% better - some stains won't come out - needs to be replaced. The only complaint I have is that there was a puddle of water residue left on my laminate flooring at one of the bedroom entrances and the kitchen doorway. Maybe pay more attention to "clean up".
