My carpet looks almost new!
The carpets were cleaned well but the price was $20 more than what was quoted over the phone and I don't really see why it would have been more.
The guys did a great job, even removed candle wax!!

Good contact with the customer to schedule the arrival of the tech. Once the tech arrives he explains the whole process and answers questions. Once he gets started cleaning he is very careful to get every spot and make sure the carpet looks good as new when he is finished.

I think that each time a technician shows up to clean my carpets that it should be the process. My most recent cleaning my carpets did not turn out as clean as the last 2 times and I believe it is because the tech did not do the step where the carpet is brushed.
