It was just as advertised clean, fast and courteous. He was a very nice man. It was raining and he went to great lengths not to get my hardwood floors wet or muddy.

They did a fabulous job and it looks so nice. They were even able to get out the glue stains from a bathroom remodel. They were extremely courteous and polite and worked very hard to make my carpet look nice and clean.

The gentleman who came to clean the carpet did superb work. In addition to doing the excellent cleaning of the carpet, he was very trustworthy, respectful, and did nothing more than working on the carpet and carefully removing all of his cleaning devices (no texting or iPhone playing).

Floor cleaning I would recommend. The gentleman who came did an excellent job and was very polite and kind.

Air vents I will never recommend. I sent an email about how disrespectful that was and received no reply. Perhaps you've received this reply from many other people...

Other than the fact that the door to the guest bathroom was not closed when the carpet was being shampooed and there is a dirt strip, we will have you return from here on.

The tech was kind and willing to go over any spot that I felt needed a little more "elbow grease."

When you use the proper machine on a carpet that was stained with mud and dog urine and it was bad. It comes out so clean. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly.
We have been with you for years and we will not use anyone else.

I don't remember the name of the young man who cleaned our carpets but he has been the best worker you have sent to us. I want him to return the next time we order a service. He was fast, professional and courteous. Maybe he should be training or managing workers because he has the customer service part down.
