Our tech was professional, efficient, and personable. In one word, he was awesome!

Our first encounter was with a young man named Mr. Chris. He made the arraignment and threw in the $50 dollar gift card for dinner. I know he didn't have to since the promotion was for carpets but Mr. Chris is a customer oriented professional. And we don't do "Rugs" for health reasons "?"

This was our first time to apply the cleaning process for our couches. The product and service were delivered as promised. Most important was the young man who applied the cleaning.

Mr., Devon was professional, courteous, friendly, and scholarly. He was willing to answer any questions I had. He was detailed oriented and respectful.

Our couch is over 35 years old, but Mr. Devon made it look as good as new. We are very pleased with Zerorez and especially Mr.Devon.

I was very happy with the service. The technician was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to. I thought 'ow if ihe did a great job. I don't know if it was because our carpet is thick or what but it was extremely wet. He said it would dry in about 4 hours. We put two carpet fans on it and he left at 4 o'clock and at 10 o'clock it was still wet. I would still like to have the same technician the next time. Thank you

We already called and a supervisor is coming out. Lots of complaints on our part. This is not our first time using you, and we have recommended you in the past. We had a lousy crew who were not following your own protocol, and did damage to some of our furnishings, while not doing a good job on the cleaning.....

Really disappointed to find out I could not take advantage of the promotional to get my tile cleaned. Would have waited until lower humidity to schedule if I had known.

More of an advanced notice prior to arrival would be helpful.

I did want to add, I think the $99.00 for three rooms is damaging your reputation. just an FYI.
Although I already knew it was a gimmick, when you hit people with over d0uble the price for adding so little it is really unnerving. Just a suggestion. This is the only reason I would not outwardly recommend zerorez. The cleaning was good, however, I don't think gimmicks are honorable.

Your service representative was excellent. (And for the company info. very insistant on other products). I do feel the carpet is cleaner. Will probably use zerorez in the future.
