I like that only water is used which is what's required for the warranty on my carpet. I also appreciate that if a spot doesn't come out, they'll return to treat again without a hassel. Torrance is our preferred technician. :-)
My Zerorez tech arrived on time and provided excellent service. My carpet looks, feels, and smells great. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again!
I'd scheduled to have Zerorez clean my air ducts and dryer vent on April 4, but, when the technician looked at one of my ducts, he said that he couldn't clean them because they're fibre glass. He said that he could cleanse the ducts with a material that would remove microbes. He quoted a cost of cleansing the ducts that was about the same as the cost of cleaning them.
Unfortunately, I agreed to the cleansing. I wish that I had not, so that I could have had time to consider the switch.
To cleanse the ducts, the technician took several panels off of the air handler to clean the coils. I guess that he then injected a cleaning compound into the ducts. A day or two after these actions, I started to notice a low whirring sound when the system's fan is on. I don't remember hearing the sound before the cleansing. I can't say that there's anything wrong, but this new sound makes me uneasy.
Zerorez should have warned me that they couldn't clean fibre glass ducts, and that the cleansing involved opening the air handler. Then, I might have asked the company that installed the HVAC what they thought of the cleansing option, did they think that it would be safe for the HVAC.
I also thought that cleaning the vents was part of duct cleaning. Apparently it's not part of cleansing them. They're just as filthy as before the cleansing.
I'm feeling like I got snookered.

Estimate doubled....too expensive....in my mind can't justify cost for results, and would therefore not recommend. Felt like other carpet cleaning companies' methods of raising costs. Equally upset at self for agreeing to amount.

Darryl Boston was the last service technician I had at my house and I was very impressed with how knowledgable and thorough he was cleaning my carpets. He was very polite and personable and I will request him again as a service technician.

Just be honest about the services that you are providing, and don't try so hard to talk customers into more than they need.
I spent over 500$ getting 3 rooms carpets cleaned and 2 tile floors in the bathrooms. Not a huge amount of carpet. We did have pet stains in the front living room that I paid a lot of extra money to have cleaned and treated. I still feel like it is not all the way clean, like it still could be cleaner. The man that did our cleaning was excellent, I have no complaints about him. I still have not received my voucher for the restaurant either, but that still may be on the way

This is the second time I have used your service and both times I have not been happy with the folks cleaning the carpets. This last service the carpet fluffing machine was broken. If I had known I would have rescheduled. I did not realize until he had already done one room. He finished cleaning and then came through with a rake to fluff the carpet.
The carpet should have been lifted to help with the cleaning. I feel the cleaning was not as good as it should have been because of this. I also never received my promotional gift.

I've owned a carpet cleaner for years. Took it to have it cleaned and a few new parts. Well, it was too old to even get the main hose replaced. I decided to call Zerorez for our 1 room that has carpet. It was done and looks great and smells even greater. Thank you for helping us to clean and sanitize this room before my husband returned from an 8 week hospital stay. It is appreciated and the service technician was thorough and did a super job.

We loved that the technician was straightforward from the beginning, and very helpful and friendly. David was very professional, and he communicated well with us everything he was doing, what issues we had, the instructions for afterwards, and was very respectful when we said that we don't want any extra treatments other than the basic cleaning.
When we got back into the office on Monday, it smelled so fresh and clean- none of that fake cleaner smell!

Our carpet looks brand new. This is our second time to use Zerorez and we are always happy with the service.
Our scheduled time was between 4 to 6 PM. The technician did not arrive until 6:20 PM and was there till 7:30 PM on a Friday night. We had already moved the furniture so we did not decline the appointment.
The technician was good and did a good but not great job (was probably TIRED!!) He could not get all of the grout lines cleaned even though the grout/tile was only two years old.
We thought our price included tile sealing but the technician said no it was an add on for $50. When he wrote up the invoice it was changed to $60. I’m certainly not happy about that.
It would be helpful when you send the email confirmation that you include the quoted price and what that includes so there is no confusion .

I made an inquiry on website on Monday. I did not get a call back until Wednesday or Thursday. I scheduled an appointment for Friday between 2-4pm. The technician showed up 5:15 PM Friday.
He was professional, and did a good job. We had an agreement (and we paid for) 3 rooms. But he only cleaned 2 rooms and left pretty soon. He was there maybe 45 min to 1 hour.
Within 30 min we realized this and called. They said Sunday was the best they could do.
On Sunday the tech showed up on time and cleaned the 3rd room.
The gentleman that completed the job was very good and professional. Another gentleman came to the door and introduced himself as the supervisor. He then went back to the van and I never saw him again. I would have thought that he would have come in and inspected the work and asked me if I was satisfied, but this was not the case.
Additionally, the appointment was made for the morning with the crew arriving between 10 and 12. They arrived at 2:00. If this could have been communicated to me better than someone calling at around 11 and saying arrival would be between 12 and 12:30 that would have been very helpful. I did not get much done due to waiting.
This same thing happened previously and I had to cancel the appointment, since they were going to arrive late and I had specifically said that I had to have a morning appointment. That was several years ago and I thought I would finally give Zerorez another chance.
I was very impressed with the technician that did our floors. He was courteous and professional and did a FANTASTIC job on the carpets and the tile, and the price was resonable. Very well worth the call.
