My first visit was May 8, 2018. Today is May 28. I chose the higher end pet treatment, was quoted in the range of $118. with a guarantee! The tech Alvin suggested 2 more gallons at $75. each, 3 gallons total, more than doubling my cost to $255. It didn’t work! David the tech came the second time, used 2 gallons for the redo and the odor returned yet again. The third time, manager Cesar came, claimed that the pet was still peeing there, refused to do anything....unless he charged me again.....he left without doing anything except upsetting me! My argument was/is that I hired you to get the odor out, if you had done what I hired you to do, the odor would be gone, thus she would not pee there again, IF she is/was....I rubbed my fingers in the area just like Cesar did, I smelled nothing on my fingers.....To make it right, I feel that I should receive a refund since what I hired you to do was not achieved!

Your technicians are always prompt, courtesy and explain what they are doing. This time we had Pete and he was particularly nice and put the clear fitting on the hoses so I could see how dirty the water was coming out.
We have used Zerorez many times in the past and you have never disappointed.
Now we just need our Ranger tickets :-)

No strong odor and the cleaning process got out the problem areas we had...
Reasonable cost, product cleans very well without adding chemicals and other ingredients to the carpet which just attracts more dirt and stains. No chemical smell. Texture of carpet feels great!

Always do a great job!! Franky was an absolute awesome tech. I thought he was extraordinarily professional. There was a problem with a Zerorez appointment last week and our appointment was missed. Cesar called to apologize and rescheduled our appointment. Now, this is customer service. Had Cesar not called us back we would have gone forward with another carpet cleaning business, for good. Excellent move not to lose a long-term customer!!
I like the product very much. The service was great except he was almost 2 hours late. I feel that is a scheduling issue a how it gets taken care of. The technician was professional and did a great job!
I really appreciate someone calling to confirm appointment and calling before to confirm time technician would be out. Very impressive customer service from the beginning to end. The gentlemen who came were so kind and worked very hard. The carpet cleaning was great except one large coffee stain came back in the living room after the carpet dried. The other rooms turned out well. thanks.
Gabriel did an amazing job! He walked each room with us before starting and didn’t make us feel rushed. He made sure to understand where our area of concerns were. Then after he was done he walked every room with us again. He made sure that we were happy with the work before he left. He was polite and did a great job!
