Jaylon was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and tile.
The service was prompt and the service guy was excellent. He explained in detail everything he was going to do and he did a great job cleaning the floors.
Your tech who came out seemed to work harder at avoiding work than doing a good job. He constantly complained about his hurt foot & did nothing but try to hard sell products to the point of becoming uncomfortable. All that was needed was deodorizing & vacuuming which he stated that zerorez does not do anything about odor & he was just there to vacuum.
Great customer service, explained what I needed , showed my pictures of my coil. Picked up behind himself.

Stains were not effectively removed after two visits

We had about 300 sq feet of travertine/natural stone tile cleaned and we absolutely were amazed at how dirty the floor was! The before and after was unbelievable. Highly recommend Zerorez if you have tile/grout that needs to be cleaned. The technician that came out was very professional and neat.

Cleans well, not too wet
Show up on time- within the time window that was given. Window was 10-noon and they did not show up until almost 1. Almost an hour later than the time frame given.
Everything else was great- the technician was very helpful, polite and friendly!
You didn’t disappoint me per se...I know my carpets are sanitized but most of the dark places and spots are still in the bedrooms. Just wondering if I actually needed more chemicals to get them looking cleaner.
