Would have liked a little more info upfront on the carpet when cleaning it...it is old carpet, but had to ask questions about all the spots on old carpet in couple of different rooms. He did a good job on cleaning the carpets, they definitely look much better than before they were cleaned. just a little more information would have been nice.....

Did not clean as well as expected. Explanation by technician was opposite from what I heard on radio commercials I.e. pet stains/ odors.
Better arrival time windows. Get into the corners and under furniture better, this may require special tools.
I gave you an "8" because carpet usually looks good right after being done. Give me a month and we'll see how it looks then.
Carpets look wonderful. Technician was friendly, professional, and took his time to do a great job. He didn't rush through the job, wore foot protection and was very careful not to damage walls or other flooring.

Service man was on time polite. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Product was great dried quickly and there was no odor from cleaning fluids. I have asthma and odor can aggravate it. There were also no stains that came back when it dried and no sticky residue. I will definitely use this service again.

Service technician rude to referral client. I send lots of referrals your way I could not even get a manager to call me back. You do my house 2 times a year as well I am considering a move to another service provider.
This was the first time I went with Zerorez. A representative came and gave an estimate. For both carpet cleaning and Tiles cleaning, they have quoted around $550+. It was very expensive. Still I asked them to do the work. But after the clearning, I noticed that they did not clean the small hallway. When I asked them they said I need to pay additional $35. Since all the room has been cleaned, I need to pay extra to clean that. They did not tell me up front that they won't do the hallway. When I called the customer service, they told me to give me a call back, but they never did. I am so disappointed. I won't go with them or recommend to any of my friends.
