The technician that came out to clean the carpet was so nice, helpful and did an amazing job!!!! Would highly recommend these guys....the only reason I didn't select a 10 was some issues I experienced during scheduling service...which could turn someone off before ever given the chance to have service performed.

I did not receive my free 100 square feet of tile cleaning. The price for rug cleaning was too high:(

Our tech did an outstanding job in cleaning our carpets and tile and explaining the charges and invoice.

The technicians arrived on time and really were committed to removing the pet odors from our carpet. Our beloved dog passed away recently from bladder and lung cancer. She got to the point where didn't always go outside. We did not feel judged at all. They did not leave until we were satisfied with the service.

I love there is no residue. I love you could get the 1 pet stain I had out. It’s also my understanding that people who have allergies will do better with this kind of cleaning.

The product totally cleans my carpet like no other carpet cleaner. It leaves my carpet looking new, and very soft. The service is on time, every time. Receiving a call 30 minutes before arrival is great! My technician, ( Boston ) was well trained, very knowledgeable, and professional. When I had a question, he knew the answer. He took time and made sure he was giving me the best cleaning possible. I will never use any other service, and I will be requesting Boston as my technician for all future cleanings!
