It cleans my carpet thoroughly. The tech did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable about his job.

First, I never recommend anything no matter how much I like it. That I learned the hard way.
However, I was very disappointed when I learn the stuff that was suppose to help if the carpet if stained was not any good.
My carpet is very clean and the man that cleaned it, did a great job.
Make sure the carpet isn’t left completely soaked. My stairs are still not completely dry and this was done Saturday.
Great technician. Great quality of work
Do it right the first time. I have used your company about 6 or 7 times now, and 3 of those times I have had to have them come back out and redo the carpet, either because it looked worse than it did before they cleaned it, they forgot to do the tile, or the carpet was crunchy/not clean. The second time a rep. comes out it is amazing, but that is inconvenient for me and takes a paying appt. away from you.
The service tech was amazing. Not only did a great job but was so nice and cordial. A fine representation of your company.
Communication, process. Carpets were dry in about 18 hours. Joe was terrific.
I've used Zerorez for years. Some technicians are better than others. Ricardo was the best!

The technician was great
1. No one called to schedule the appt.
2. No one called for the 30 min advance notice.
3. Hubby happened to be there when they arrived.
Great service! I think your pet stain treatment is slightly overpriced, but the results were astounding.
1. We specifically requested Jonathan sexton and Zerorez sent someone else. This was a HUGE disappointment!
2. The carpet was definitely not as clean as the previous time when Jonathan Sexton cleaned it. There were some areas that were not completely clean and stains are still visible. I took pictures in case you want proof.
3. Overall, we were not completely satisfied.
