I really liked that the service technician was right on time, polite, explained the Zerorez cleaning process and asked to see the areas I wanted cleaned. We didn't need anything moved, and he asked if we had any stains that needed special treatment or any other concerns. I showed him a few special treatment spots and he quickly treated them and began cleaning my four rooms of carpet. He finished the job quickly, professionally and effectively.
They weren't soaking wet when he finished, but only slightly damp, and they dried completely in three or four hours. They weren't slippery or clammy. They were completed dried very quickly even though we have very heavy 70 ounce 30 year old carpets.
I plan to have Zerorez come back soon and clean the rest of the carpets in my house.
Yes, I certainly will recommend this carpet cleaning service to my friends, neighbors and family.

The work that was done was great, but our receipt says we turned down pet-treatment. The whole point of having them out here was to treat pet stains. We were not asked if we wanted to deny this service, and we certainly weren't told that any denial of any stain would result in a loss of warranty. This lack of clarity has me a bit miffed. Great work, but communication could be better.

The technician that came, Clint Lacour, was super. I had used Zerorez about a year ago,
and frankly, I was reluctant to call again. Clint made all the difference. He was congenial and explained thoroughly what he was going to do and what the cost would be.
The work itself was excellent. I will use Zerorez the next time I need service and I will ask for Clint !
The difference in the before and after of our grout was astonishing. Technician was polite, informative and extremely helpful. Great experience, wish I'd done it a lot sooner.

I have heard over the radio info commercial how zerorez would be able to clean and get rid of odor and make the carpet feel fresh and "new" again. Unfortunately, that didn't happen for one of my rental carpet cleaning. After the job is done, the order is still there. I wish I was given the honest opinion that you can't get it clean and odor will not be gone so I can plan.... replace the flooring. After spending the money and might still end up to replace flooring. So, that all the hype about empower water is just a fancy term. With that, I would not able to recommend zerorez to anyone. I am an investor and knows quite few landlords. I hope this message will get to someone so honest opinion can be provide before services start. However, thanks for prompt response on the request.

The carpet always comes out so fresh and clean. I like the fact that it isn't weighed down by chemical treatments. The service provider was very nice and friendly. He worked hard and did a great job!
I loved the professionalism of Cory. He treated my home and my dog with courtesy and kindness. He ensured the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. He asked if I noticed anything not clean. I told him that it looked like brand new carpeting! I definitely will use Zerores again. I need to clean my sofas and arm chairs.

Only disappointment: the last time I asked you to clean a 6’ round area rug, it was $25. (Admittedly, this was a couple years ago.) This time, I asked if he could clean the rug while he was doing the carpet and he said that it would be $108. I said no thank you and he said he could do it for $60. Still seems awfully steep for a pretty small rug.
