I like the no residue process. The employees (scheduling and technician) were courteous, professional, and patient with my questions.

Great service. The tech showed up on time, wore shoe covers and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We are pleased and would recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Called several times and offered earlier times. We had scheduled other appointments. Expected two but only one operator who went to work and did a good job on an old carpet in two rooms. Was very careful of the existing furniture.

Darwin did a wonderful job, The day he came to give us an estimate, he cleaned and finished a test area of out hardwood floor. When he came to perform the cleaning and sealing he was very quick and thorough.

I was quite pleased. I just don't have many opportunities to recommend carpet companies.

This year we are very pleased with the service we received. I had to be specific about the workers moving student desks in order to have this done. I appreciate their willingness.

Time of arrival was 5-7pm. Tech showed after 8pm. He did not get assignment until 6. Neighbors complained about noise going until 10pm.

It does the best job

The last tech you sent out on Tuesday did a great job. He was competent about the process and cared about doing a good job. I would only recommend your service based on the tech you send out. My previous experiences were nothing to brag about. The techs did as little as possible as quickly as possible. Instead of moving small items, they went around them unless I followed them from room to room pointing out the obvious.

professionalism and courtesy of tech person and product cleaned the carpet and left them with fresh odor from pets, however did not completely remove dog feces stains.
