My technician, Torrance H. was friendly, helpful and very efficient. He was careful to go over the stains I had to make sure they were gone. I was very pleased.
Whatever you guys are using it’s great and it’s working!!!! And the guy was soooo great! The house we rent was built in the 70s and am not sure if the carpets have ever been changed, but after you guy came in and cleaned I can say he is the best.
And I would want him back again.

Your employee told me how horrible Zerorez treats their employees. Also how he had another job as a fitness trainer and was looking forward to leaving Zerorez. He told me wild tales about predicting the tragedy of 911. I could go on but the point being is this. He had a job to do here and nothing more. He disrespected your company and employees. I just was trying to get some banking done and he never shut up with his wild tales !! He is NEVER to come back to do our carpets again should we decide to use Zerorez again. The kitchen tile cleaning exceeded my expectations! It looks brand new! The carpets look good also. The van unfortunately leaked two oily liquids on my driveway and I had to purchase a $16 product to clean them up.

The price ended up being WAY more expensive than I thought it would be. My crew wasn't very forthcoming about the cost and added a topical treatment that ended up doubling the cost of my cleaning. They never asked me if I wanted it but just went ahead and did it anyway. I have used you guys for 3 houses I have lived in over the past 8 years, but I think this will be the last time. I need to fins someone a little less expensive.
