My service tech Charles was incredible!!
We have used Zerorez for the past few years and have always been very pleased with the result. We were beginning to think the carpet was beyond hope but after Saturday not so much. Our technician, Darwin H., did an excellent job keeping us informed on what was happening next and what to expect.
Extremely clean carpets and no chemicals
My technician was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend Zero Rez to my friends.

The stains in my carpet, although markedly improved, weren't removed to the standard I was expecting. I'd imagine a second treatment to address the same stains might improve these discolorations, however, where the worst stain was worked upon, albeit diligently, the carpet, after drying completely, has taken on a texture or characteristic of "crunchiness", whereas, the unaffected (untreated areas) remain soft to the touch and feel of my bare feet and hands. I'm hoping that this isn't an indication of damage to the carpet fibers in the treated areas, thus irreparable; necessitating removal and replacement of the carpet altogether. The technician, however, was very professional, friendly, expedient, knowledgeable and personable. We should all pause, reflect and take pride in the quality of individual that Zerorez has chosen to represent the company and services provided, as this reflects difectly upon the standard of service and quality you wish to convey to the public at large. The technician had to return for a high traffic area and this was handled promptly before we moved our furniture back into the room. We were pleased with the results and the prompt return. We would recommend this service and use them in the future.

The team was very professional and respectful of my home and myself. They did the work so thoroughly and so well and in such a short amount of time! My carpets were beautiful when they finished, and are still looking new four days after! There was one stain in particular that seemed impossible to get rid of, but this team did it. Four days later, there isa slight shadow of the stain that was there, but one would have to look hard to find it. I am very pleased with the results!
Just had my carpets cleaned. No chemical smell and carpets dried really quickly. Technician was able to remove a stubborn stain that I didn’t think would happen. I was prepared to use a rug to cover it up. This was my second time to use Zerorez and I’ll definitely use you again.
