Our tech was over 1:00 Hour late for the appointment.

On 9/18, the day of our cleaning, I wrote and asked about the charges made. We had 2 rooms and 2 hallways that were to be charged as 3 rooms. Then there was an additional charge for $30 for the hallway. I feel we were charged double - for the 3rd room that didn’t exist And for the hallway. We were never charged that in the past. He also said we’d be charged for the closet in our master bedroom (7.5’ x 4’). That also has never happened before. I was not presented with the details of the charges at the end of the appointment. I was only given the total. The screen was blank when I signed my name. I gave a low score because my questions stated on 9/18 were never answered. Please clarify these charges. We’ve hired Zerorez many times in the past and would like to continue to do so. Thank you

The Zerorez team did a great job on my home. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned. They didn't waste any time. The work was completely finished in a very reasonable amount of time and instructions for drying the carpet was easily completed.

I like the idea of not having chemicals and detergents linger in the carpets. The scheduling was easy and they were prompt and courteous. I would use them again.

The carpet cleaning is good I think buts it’s hard to tell because I had no stains. The tile cleaning was “free” so I can’t really complain but it wasn’t great and I still found dirt and dust in the corners. The main issue was just scheduling and trying to get everything confirmed. It was tough to get someone to answer the phone day of.

The tech was very prompt, polite, courteous and attentive. He explained how the very rainy days were going to slow down the drying. It indicated that he was very knowledgeable about his work and anticipated our concerns. He was concerned about our pets and wanted to be sure we were going to keep them in safe places while he worked. He properly treated and thoroughly cleaned all of our 15 year old carpeting so well that it looked almost like new. We are so encouraged by the results that we think it might be a few more years before we need to replace it. And there was no chemical residue to harm us or our pets. Great work.
