I dont believe I was charged the pricing that was mentioned online when I booked. I was charged more from what I remember. While I didnt put up a fuss during or after the appointment, thinking about it last night had me thinking I paid a bit too much for what was done. Overall good results but some minor stains never came out. The main stains did.

As well as we can remember, the person cleaning our carpet moved some furniture and put the little plastic cubes underneath. This time he didn't move anything, except one coffee table at my request. I think we should have been told ahead of time that they wouldn't move any furniture. Also the machine left big streaks in the carpet in my living room and vacuuming did not remove them.
Our technician was great. He worked very quickly and he did a very good job. I will definitely be using zerorez again because of his service.
The service is superior to other services I've used for carpet cleaning. I love that the company is environmentally conscious. All products purchased such as my air purifier I now feel that I can't live without it. It was a great investment.
