You do a nice job cleaning carpet, but Stop up selling people on things it’s annoying and a rip off. It’s amazing how something can cost 150 and then you can bring it down to $50.

None of the stains came out as promised.
You require that customers give you TWO DAYS notice if they are going to cancel, but YOU get to give people only ONE DAY to notify then of their 'window' of arrival. You were supposed to call me on Wednesday to give me a window for Friday, but you did not call me until afternoon on THURSDAY to tell me when they were coming on Friday. But the most annoying thing of all is that on the voice mail your company left for me you refused to give me a window on the voice mail. Instead, you insist that people waste their time calling YOU back and waiting through YOUR voice mail and prompts just to find out which half of the day they should save for YOUR arrival.
This is not customer oriented, it is all about YOU. People are busy!!! They do not want to waste their time calling you back just to find out their time.
Also, you are expensive. I think for that kind of money you should have someone come out the day before, spot treat and move all the furniture, then come back the next day and clean. I am 71 and alone and not everyone can move all that heavy furniture.
I was very happy with the service I received. The technician arrived timely, was very courteous and my carpet and tile looked brand new when he finished. Finley was my technician and I would certainly request him the next time I need your service.

How likely am I to recommend Zerorez to others? And my answer is it's maybe a 50 50 chance that I would have a conversation about carpet cleaning with others.

When I called I told the representative I had pee stains from my dogs in the carpet. She said earliest they could come was three days later. I said are you sure the urine can sit that long and come out. She reassured me it would be ok. The technition said the stains looked too neon yellow and he didn’t think he could get them all out. Sure enough, they didn’t come out. Not happy.
It smells so fresh when they are finished.

Was a little disappointed in the quality. I had signed up for 2 rooms and a hall with 100 sq ft of tile cleaned. The tech showed up on time and we discussed pricing. I knew it was going to be more than the quoted $99, due to the fact I used your service before and realize the condition of the carpet. I booked the service as a gift for my parents. After agreeing to pay $450 up from $99 tech got started . He started at 930, I left . My parents came home at 10, he was already packing his truck up. I came back and realized he forgot to do the tile. I called and they sent him back out 4 hrs later to do the tile . I couldn’t be there so I left the front door unlocked for him, came back home front door was left wide open. Tile was done, but looks like it was just gotten wet. Carpet took 2 days to dry and tile really doesn’t look any better. I was hoping the experience would be better . Thanks
