The technician was fine, but this was a redo because the first time didn't get rid of the pet order. Whatever scent was left in the carpet is still very strong and NOT pleasant. We've tried airing out the room by opening the windows and using fans, but it still gives me a headache. I can't hardly be in that bedroom. Fortunately it is a spare room. This was expensive and still not satisfactory.
Very positive expedience. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very professional and did a great job. Loved that there was no perfume or other type of odor after the cleaning.

The initial service person was great however there are two stains that for some reason didn't come out after the cleaning. I called to set up another cleaning. We were set, however the day of service the technician was held up at the prior customers home. I received a voice message call 90 MINUTES after the window had passed advising they would reschedule for the following morning at 8AM without consideration of our schedule for that day. When the person called to advise the technician was on their way, I told them to reschedule when it was convenient for our schedules (I had already taken off two days from work - 1st day was initial service; 2nd day was the no show). They advised they couldn't accommodate that day so I requested a manager to give me a call to discuss a refund. The customer service person said that would happen Monday Sept 22. One week passed and I called back to follow up (Oct 2), at that time the customer service person advised the managers were in a meeting and they would have a manager follow up. I'm still waiting...............At this point, I'm just EXTREMELY disappointed. You can make it right by extending a full refund so I can call another vendor to finish the job!
The first person who did my carpet was very inexperienced and left out several steps resulting in carpet that looked worse than when he started. You were very good about sending someone else to redo it. The second person was very efficient and did a good job. However, I felt that Zerorez was not an improvement over companies I have used in the past
You sent one person to do a huge job and it took too long and I was not impressed with the service. I've had better carpet cleaning experiences. I also paid an extra $75 to get pet smell out of my carpet and I think it smells worse now and it is still wet after two days.
Prompt, fast, thorough cleaning. No residue. Not cheap, but fair and reasonable. Great service techs.

We’ve used other companies (that charged less) who moved, and put disposable risers under all furniture - big and small.
I moved the entire dining room set myself this AM - just thought moving the couch three feet to get underneath would happen.

I don't think the application was as thorough as it has been in the past. The spot treatment used to be better and I was always offered a protectant to be sprayed on after. That was not offered this time. I don't think my carpets got as clean as they did in previous visits. It's almost like the formula used has been changed?
You did what you were hired to do.
Justin was very professional and did a great job. He was even able to remove a bad coffee stain. The carpets were dry in about 7 hours, just like he said.

The service by our technician, Desmond, was very professional. He asked about problem areas and had me check after he was done. We have always been pleased with the outcome. Very easy to schedule appointments.
Jamal was very professional and respectful. The carpet is very clean. We were surprised.
1. No one responded to my initial email request.
2. My carpet still has an odor. Pet stains are gone but the odor remains.
I signed up for the $109 deal and my husband was charged $129 even though the invoice stated that the price was supposed to be $109. I texted a picture of the email with the deal and a picture of my invoice and asked for it to be corrected. Instead, I received a voicemail asking me to call back and talk with any associate. When I called to ask for my $20 credit, I was told that I scheduled my service during the promotion, but the promotion ended on September 30th and my carpet was cleaned on October 1st. My total bill was $270 and I was asking for a $20 credit for a promotion that I have participated in several times before, so I was not impressed with your customer service. I am happy with the carpet cleaning service and the gentlemen who came out to clean did a great job.
