My carpets are so beautiful. The rugs look great. I was very impressed with the finished product. I was also impressed with the tech, he was professional and dedicated to his task. Yes I would recommend Zeorez. They did a wonderful job. I am happy with the service I received.

The Zerorez representative arrived on time and did a great job. We are very pleased.
Our carpets don't have hardly any traffic on them, except in our bedroom. We live alone and have no pets, and just had a few minor spots that didn't come out with your cleaning. We were able to get them out with very little effort with a can of spray rug cleaner. The stairs had a couple of spots on them that your man got out.

Our serviceman Chris was superb. Polite and timely. He also explained each step before starting and during the cleaning process. Our carpets have not looked this good since moving in even though other professional services have been used. Highly recommended and to be commended.

Sorry that I don't remember the professional young man who cleaned my carpets on 11/2, but I do want to recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He must have paid particular attention to one spot that has been toward the edge of the baseboard, and has been there for years (hidden under some drapes). That spot is very dimminshed now, and I really appreciate his efforts. I can tell a real difference! I thought there was no hope of ever removing even some of that stain! Thanks so much!
You charged me $250 just for one sofa, That is ridiculous.
