The service Tech was very professional and friendly

I spoke to one of your service rep during and after the tech rep finished the job.... manager was supposed to call me today, Monday 11/26 - nothing. Tech could not do our master bath because it was marble - said a specialist needed to do it - he did not know how to do it - however, when I first ordered your services, your customer service rep never asked specifically about tile issues! Tech left water sitting on my wood floor during the cleaning process in hallway between the bedrooms - now the wood floor is buckling... didn't clean up the mess he left in bathroom....charged me for 3 bedrooms instead of 2...rep was unaware of having to do pet stain treatments - until he read his email - the $60 for pet stain removal did not work and the carpets were soaking wet all weekend and not the 8-10 hr period he told me. We had to add fans to dry up the carpet - the wet smell was unusually nauseating - did not smell fresh. Was very disappointed - had used your services before with no problem. After the job was completed, I called and the rep was going to issue me a $43 refund for the overcharge of not doing a 3 bedroom - but in all honesty, the job was highly unsatisfactory and I would prefer a full refund. Again, disappointed that a manager did not call me - what happened to customer satisfaction?

This was new carpeting (Pet Protect) with a few very recent pet stains. You advertise activated water (zero residue) yet all I got from the technician was an upsell of expensive to very expensive pre-treatments, which is actually a cleaning solution of some sort, not unlike what other carpet cleaners use. I opted for one of the pre-treatments and still I got nothing but excuses when the technician couldn’t get the stains out.

Serviceman (Charles) arrived promptly as was scheduled. Actually I received a call that he was going to be about 15 minutes early which was just fine.
Charles explained what was going to be done and how long it would take for the carpet to dry. He got right to work and was through in no time.

Our technician was wonderful. He arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and did a great job. The carpets look wonderful and he got the urine smell out. A few stains didn't fully lift, but are lightened considerably (red stains). The quote was very accurate and there were no unexpected or unexplained fees. Will definitely use this company again.

Carpets and tile look and feel great

I didn’t like the upselling of the very expensive pet treatments but I don’t blame that on the tech. He’s just doing his job and it’s not his fault the treatments are so expensive. Other than that, I was extremely pleased. I loved that he used a machine to lift up the carpet fibers before cleaning. He was able to get parts of our recliner clean that even he thought might be impossible. Stains on the carpet that other companies weren’t able to get rid of were gone when he was done. The tech was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and fast.

Carpets look brand new

This my first time using Zerorez, although I have heard the commercials on the radio for years.

Jerret was awesome! He was very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I completely trusted him in my home. He was also early and offered to wait outside until the scheduled time, but it worked out perfectly because I had family in town for Thanksgiving and needed to meet them for a late lunch.

My carpets look amazing, and my kitchen tile and grout look so bright and new!

Feels like there is residue on my carpet and it took over 12 hours to dry
