My service tech was amazing! I took advantage of the 3 room promotion and even thought he tried to prepare me that he wouldn’t be able to get them clean he did amazing. He worked diligently and hard to ensure excellent quality all while providing excellent customer service. I will use again in the future

We have loved getting our carpets cleaned so we thought we try the tile and grout. First, we ended up paying double what we were quoted. Which I totally understand it was an estimate, just was not expecting it to be doubled. I also wasn’t told it was extra for real stone with we have in our kitchen until he gave told me the total. Our tech was nice and we didn’t have any problems with him. Grout looks cleaner but there are still areas that I think could have had a little more love.
So although it looks better than it did before, we are not fully satisfied for the amount of money we had to pay.

My two chairs are about eleven years old and have never been cleaned. They now look beautiful as do my other items and rug that were cleaned. Zerorez always does a great job and our couch looks so clean! This is our second time using y’all. Having small kids and a light colored couch, it just gets dirty. But zerorez made it look so much better, fresher, and cleaner! The employees are always so nice & friendly too. Highly recommend.
