Its been six weeks since our carpets were cleaned. I purposely waited to send in my feedback so I could see how the carpets looked over time. They still look super. I also appreciated that the technician suggested first trying plain water or a little soap and water to clean surface spots instead of "carpet cleaning" products that can't be rinsed thoroughly. Seems to be working so far.

I liked the fact that no chemicals are used and it makes it safe for pets and family. My carpets were really in need of cleaning and they came out very nice. Not all the stains came out in the family room, but overall it was really fine.
