He had called to let us know when he would be there, but was earlier than agreed with the office by phone - luckily we were back home, but he had not been informed about the fact that we had told the office we would not be back before a certain time. Fresh smell, quick service, polite and professional service tech.

Its been six weeks since our carpets were cleaned. I purposely waited to send in my feedback so I could see how the carpets looked over time. They still look super. I also appreciated that the technician suggested first trying plain water or a little soap and water to clean surface spots instead of "carpet cleaning" products that can't be rinsed thoroughly. Seems to be working so far.
